Schluter DITRA30M is a premium polyethylene uncoupling membrane engineered specifically for high-performance installation of ceramic tile, porcelain tile, natural stone, glass tile, mosaic tile, granite, and marble flooring. Its advanced design features a grid-patterned surface with square cavities and a non-woven anchoring fleece laminated to the underside, creating a secure mechanical bond when embedded in thin-set mortar. This structure provides four essential functions in one product: uncoupling, waterproofing, vapor management, and heavy-load distribution.

DITRA is ideally suited for bathrooms, kitchens, steam rooms, sauna floors, basements, laundry rooms, and other moisture-exposed areas. The membrane forms a continuous under-tile waterproof layer, protecting water-sensitive substrates such as plywood, OSB, gypsum, and concrete. Its vapor-equalization channels effectively remove excess moisture, preventing tile damage, subfloor deterioration, or mold growth.
