ARDEX K 301™ Exterior Self-Leveling Concrete Topping is a high-performance, cement-based compound specifically formulated to smooth and renew worn or uneven concrete surfaces in both interior and exterior applications.

Its advanced rapid-hardening technology enables treated areas to be reopened within hours, minimizing project downtime and accelerating workflow. The product offers superior bond strength and excellent freeze-thaw resistance, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance even in demanding environmental conditions. Ideal for use as a wearing surface or as an underlayment beneath tile, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), carpet, epoxy coatings, and other floor finishes, ARDEX K 301 creates a flat, stable, and durable substrate essential for quality installations.

Each 50 lb bag mixes with 5 quarts (4.73 L) of water, providing coverage of approximately 23 square feet at a 1/4-inch thickness or 12.5 square feet at 1/2-inch thickness. It achieves a compressive strength of 4,300 psi after 28 days, meeting ASTM C109 standards.
