Designed for interior residential and commercial floors, it smooths concrete, wood, terrazzo, tile, steel, select epoxy coatings, and adhesive residue at 1/8 inch or less. Its moisture-resistant formula supports tile, stone, vinyl, and carpet installations in bathrooms, kitchens, showers, steam rooms, and other wet areas.

  • Trowelable No-Primer Application: Ardex K 60 is trowelable and can smooth floors at 1/8 (3 mm) or less. It does not require mechanical profiling and priming for use and can be easily mixed with latex additive.
  • Wet-Area Tile Applications: This leveling compound can be applied under wall tile or floor tile in wet areas, such as bathroom, kitchen, shower (steam shower), and bathtub surround.
