DITRA Floor Heating Kit: DUO Uncoupling Membrane, Programmable Touchscreen Thermostat, and Cable

Schluter Systems DITRA DUO Heat kit provides warm floor systems with unique combinations for various sizes, voltage, and applications. Even though it is mostly used with flooring underlayment for tiles, vinyl plank, laminate flooring etc., it is also applicable to warm up walls in areas such as showers, kitchens, and bedrooms with strong Ditra insulation and waterproofing features. The DHERT102BW unit with GFCI and program cycles easily becomes a second thermostat for the home being extremely user-friendly and energy efficient. Using a warmup heated floor decreases the power load on HVAC and other radiant heating systems. Each size of the Ditra heat kit is specially designed for cable heating area coverage and voltage. Some sizes may come in flooring underlayment sheets of 8.4 Sq Ft and/or Schulter Ditra DUO roll of 108 Sq Ft, which depends on the Schluter Ditra Heat membrane product variations. Ditra underlayment uncoupling membrane is fully compatible with all Ditra Heat cables. Each Schluter Ditra DUO Heat Kit comes with two sensors to transfer accurate temperature from the tiled floor to the control unit.
